limits of the same, and the nature of the data
we own and how it is bestowed.
This informative document is related only to Bagatelle
spa services and www.bagatelle.it site.
Your personal data will be used in the forwarding
of answers and information related to our products,
services, commercial policies and any other request
coming with sending to us your email request.
The handling will be managed with the means and
information systems at our disposal, which are
adapted to the security measures as enacted by
Italian law, n. 196, June 30, 2003; this data

Provision of the data put at our disposal is at
your discretion. Not provide to us personal data
means only Bagatelle spa will not
be able to answer to any of your request.

own about you and you can request us to update,
modify, integrate, or cancel information in our
database related to you (art. 7 of the Italian
Law acted June 30, 2003, num. 196).
